Golden accepts payments using various methods for your convenience.
We are currently able to accept payments in all major currencies including USD, JPY, NTD, RMB, AUD, CAD, EURO, SGD, & THB.
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, JCB, Unionpay.
The Golden bank is a great way to make the most of your research budget. You may add funds to your Golden bank account at any time and use these funds to pay for job submissions. Funds can be added with a credit card, PayPal, or international bank transfer. For example, if you have US$1,000 left in your research budget, you can add the US$1,000 to your Golden bank account and use those funds to cover the cost of your next several jobs submitted through Golden.
Your Golden bank funds will never expire. If you usually pay with purchase orders, the Golden bank can also help you avoid multiple international bank transfer fees. Just make one large purchase order and transfer funds into your Golden Bank account. Then you can use the funds to pay for several jobs without having to pay the bank transfer fee plus your bank's fees every time. If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete the transaction after you upload your submission on the PayPal site. To learn more about PayPal or to create an account, visit their site at https://www.paypal.com/.
Labs, universities, and other large organizations are often required to use Purchase Orders for their transactions. A US$25.00wire transfer fee will be added to your total if you select this option, and your bank may also require additional fees. If we do not receive the full amount of your payment, we will automatically add any outstanding bank fees to your next invoice. After you submit your manuscript, you will need to provide us with any Purchase order number required by your institution as well as complete billing details.
Coupons and discounts
Golden offers many different discounts: Welcome discounts, Re-edit discounts, Testimonial discounts, Special discounts and Referral Reward discounts.
What payment methods I can use?
You can pay safely using: PayPal, or Credit Card online (via PayPal), or Local bank transfer in Taiwan, or International bank transfer to Hong Kong The work will commence once payment is received.
Do I have to wait for a price quote?
The quotation is provided instantly. At Golden, we set our prices in advance based on the service you choose, your total word count, and how quickly you need your submission returned to you. Our online price calculator will show you the cost of all of our services based on the specifics of your document. You are not required to submit your document(s) for a price quote.
Can I use my debit card on your site?
Some debit cards are accepted. Please make your payment via PayPal and use your debit card as the funding source.
How do I pay with a wire transfer?
First, select purchase order as your payment method when you upload your files through your account. After your paper has been received, you will be able to print out a copy of your invoice. The invoice will contain all of the information you will need to send us a wire transfer at your local bank.
Will Golden help me re-edit my documents and is there a discount?
After you receive the edited documents from Golden, you might make additional changes based on the editor’s CHECK comments or you might just touch up your work, before submitting it to the journal for example. Re-editing is considered a new job order. Golden recommends that you re-submit the documents for re-editing to fix any small or newly introduced errors in the English. You will find in your account a coupon for a discount on the re-editing job. Further, you may choose to only re-edit some sentences and indicate those with yellow highlighting.
Can I combine coupons on my next submission?
Yes— if you have enough coupons, your submission could be free. Just select "Coupon" as your payment method when you submit your paper through your account. Use this chart to see how much our services will cost with your available coupons included.
Can I change the job order after the job is started?
If the job is too far into the schedule, then cancellation is not allowed.In some instances you can cancel the job. The fee you paid will be added to your Golden bank account, less a cancellation fee. You would then place a fresh order and apply the Golden funds.
